Founded by hairstylist and owner Leanna Gavin, Coco Jane was created from years of experience behind the chair and a vision for something more intentional. After building her business independently for over six years, Leanna designed Coco Jane to feel elevated yet welcoming. A space where luxury and comfort exist together naturally.

Leanna
Leanna Gavin is the founder and creative force behind Coco Jane, a salon built on thoughtful luxury, connection, and growth. Originally from Cape May, New Jersey, Leanna attended cosmetology school in Florida before spending three months training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, an experience that continues to inspire her approach to hair and design today.
Known for lived-in color, extensions, and creating effortlessly elevated hair, Leanna believes great hairstyling goes far beyond technique. Confidence, communication, patience, and making people feel truly cared for are at the heart of her work.
The name Coco Jane holds personal meaning — “Coco” inspired by her beloved dog, who you’re most likely to see around the salon, and “Jane” in honor of her late grandmother. Together, they represent the warmth, intention, and legacy behind the brand she’s building.
When she’s not behind the chair, Leanna finds inspiration through travel, beautiful spaces, and the people closest to her, who continue to keep her grounded while encouraging her to dream bigger.
Dylan
Dylan’s expertise in color and extensions spans a wide range of looks — from soft, dimensional blondes to rich brunettes and seamless extension transformations tailored to each individual client. Along with his technical eye, he is deeply passionate about creating a high-end customer service experience where clients feel heard, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout their appointment.
Known for his ability to truly listen and execute his clients’ vision, Dylan approaches hair with both creativity and attention to detail, always aiming to create results that feel elevated, wearable, and personalized.
Dylan has been passionate about hairstyling since 2017 — truly since he could move his hands. Before beginning his career behind the chair, he spent a year in Japan as an exchange student, an experience that sparked his appreciation for luxury, design, and global beauty culture. He later attended Temple University, studying German and Spanish Language and Literature, which further shaped his love for international fashion, style, and artistry.
His blend of creativity, culture, and client-focused service brings a refined yet approachable energy to the Coco Jane experience.
Anthony
Anthony is Coco Jane’s Lead Associate and the heart behind the salon’s elevated guest experience. His expertise lies deeply in customer service, hospitality, and creating an environment where both clients and stylists feel genuinely cared for. With an intuitive sense for people’s needs, Anthony has a unique ability to anticipate what someone may need before they even ask — creating a seamless, thoughtful experience from the moment guests walk through the door.
Known for his warm and welcoming presence, Anthony brings a level of attentiveness that makes the salon feel less like an appointment and more like a five-star hospitality experience. His calm energy, empathy, and dedication to others are a large part of what keeps Coco Jane running so effortlessly behind the scenes.
Anthony graduated cosmetology school in 2001 and spent the early years of his career working locally before moving to New York, where he refined his understanding of luxury service and high-end salon culture. After spending time in the city, he returned to the area to be closer to family, bringing with him years of experience rooted in both beauty and hospitality.
Passionate about hair health and the importance of a thoughtful back bar experience, Anthony believes luxury is found in the details — from a relaxing shampoo to making every guest feel seen, comfortable, and cared for. His selfless nature and unwavering support of both the team and clientele make him the backbone of Coco Jane.
